Greg Cybulski, WINNIPEG, MB (June 27, 2012) Wally Butler showed how quick his 35W Lighting Sprint could be on June 7 by running away from the field before he tagged the wall to relegate him near the back of the rained out feature. When the green flag dropped for Monday night's make up race, Butler once again showed that he was loaded for bear. His 35W Sprinter set a blistering pace, passing 11 cars to finish in 3rd place.

Dylan Sabatini picked up his first Northern Lightning Sprint Association feature win of the year.

Rounding up the top 5 were Dylan Sabatini, Roland Bernard, Wally Butler, Chris Bouwman and Amber Balcaen.

Wally Butler then proceeded to sweep the evening's regularly scheduled racing by winning both his heat race and his first NLSA feature. Amber Balcaen came from 4th to win her heat.

Roland Bernard had strong performances, finishing in 2nd position in both features.

Rounding up the evening's top 5 were Wally Butler, Roland Bernard, Amber Balcaen, Frank Elias/Eric Klassen and Dylan Sabatini.
